The Name Changed the Quality Remains the Same

In 2006 we changed the name of our Insect Repellent Range from Crocodile! to
Natural.

Crocodile! worked well as a brand name but as discerning customers started
to ask for this great product World Wide we had to consider cultural
sensitivities, especially in countries where Crocodiles are not the most
popular indigenous species.

Then there were the changes to European directives and BPD regulations
regarding the use of DEET and Citronella, the latter has been banned as an active ingredient and therefore it is illegal to be used as an insect repellent within the EU community as from 01/09/2006.
Both DEET and Citronella are NOT permitted to be used on animals within the EU community as from 01/09/2006.

The new name says it all; when you take into consideration legal
requirements, safety and effectiveness Natural is probably the
ONLY viable insect repellent on the market; but we have kept as close to the
original branding as possible for the loyal customers who look for our
bright green boxes in all the best supermarkets and pharmacies.
